1. What payment methods do you accept?

3. How do I place an order?

Browse our store and add your desired items to the shopping cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout. Please review all order and payment details carefully before confirming your purchase.

4. What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, and our customer support team will do their best to assist you.

5. What if I forgot to use my discount code?

Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours, as orders do not leave the warehouse during this time. Once cancelled, you may place a new order and apply the discount code correctly.

7. How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the Voucher Code field on the shopping cart page and click Add before proceeding to checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied manually after an order has been placed, so please double-check before confirming your purchase.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered production. Please email us with your order details, and if eligible, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

9. How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be notified when your order enters production and again when it ships, including tracking details.

The most up-to-date order information can always be found using the receipt link included in our emails. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.

10. Do I need to pay taxes or duties?

No additional taxes or duties are charged on our products.

11. How do I return an item?

You may return eligible products within 45 days of receiving your order, provided they meet our return conditions. Returns due to product quality issues are free of charge. For returns not related to product quality, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A return address will be provided based on your shipping location. Return shipping costs depend on the courier you choose. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

12. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days and delivered within approximately 5 to 15 business days.

13. Is there a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. If you experience any issues with your item within this period, please contact our support team with your order details and photos or videos of the issue, and we will assist you with a suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
