Processing Time
Processing time begins once your order has been successfully verified. This timeframe can vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Handmade or custom items may require up to two additional weeks for preparation. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Lighting and furniture items typically take 1 to 2 business days to be shipped. This is because each item is produced with care and orders are completed in sequence. While production does not take an excessive amount of time, attention to detail is prioritized to ensure the highest quality result.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the period it takes for your order to travel from our facility to your delivery address. We work with trusted courier services such as UPS, DHL, USPS, and other reliable express carriers.
Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days.

Please note that we do not ship to U.S. territories. This includes Guam, APO and FPO addresses, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are also excluded.
